Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Mission IT Operator to support a 24x7 government mission.

You will detect, isolate, and resolve ground segment problems and act as first responder for site issues, with broad knowledge of Windows and Linux in a global environment. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, IAT Level II and Security+ certifications, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
Current IAT Level II Certification (DODI 8570.01-M) and Security+ Certification.
Excellent communication across a multi-location enterprise.
Must be able to work a non-standard work week; 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays.
Systems administration across UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Knowledge of Enterprise Management Systems including HP OpenView and CA Concord.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues using standard techniques.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network connectivity.
Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and maintain security.
Create and manage support tickets in ITSM/CRM platform and triage incidents.
