Job summary

CACI International is seeking an Integrated Operations (IO) Bridge Analyst for night shifts to support Enterprise services and incident management. The role involves 12-hour shifts (1800-0600) with on-site engagement and coordination with the ISC NOC and external partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification.
• ITIL 4 certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services.
• Understanding of commercial network services, wavelength, SONET and carrier ethernet.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience drafting executive-level reports and briefs.
• Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an Operations Bridge, coordinating with ISC NOC and external partners.
• Provides Situational Awareness: updates, logs, and alerts.
• Analyzes service impacts and trends using enterprise management tools.
• Monitors high-priority incidents affecting critical services and VIPs.
• Supports government by correlating events to network operations.
• Performs trend analysis and analytical investigations.
• Coordinates network Event and Incident Management activities.
• Prepares daily availability briefings and reports for leadership.
• Facilitates meetings and coordinates briefing materials with the customer.
• Coordinates maintenance with carriers and affected customers.
• Assists after-hours maintenance coordination.
• Documents resolutions and updates knowledge bases.
