Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues across servers, network, and security.
• Provide frontline 24x7 support and incident triage via multiple channels.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support new infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 and enterprise teams to resolve complex incidents.
