Job summary

CAC I International Inc. seeks a Mission IT Operator to support a 24x7 government mission, resolving hardware and software issues across a global Windows and Linux environment. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and IAT Level II/Security+ certifications.

Shift work is 12 hours (0600-1800, 1800-0600) with quarterly rotation. You will respond to incidents via multiple channels and maintain system documentation.

Qualifications

• Must obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification and Security+.
• Excellent communication across a multi-location enterprise.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays; 12-hour shifts for 24x7 ops.
• System administration on UNIX/Linux and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues (servers, network, security) using established analysis techniques.
• Ensure operation of hardware, software, or system to meet specifications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity.
• Provide system administration and maintain security for users.
• Support new infrastructure projects and maintain configuration documentation.
• Manage incidents and prioritize effectively in a 24x7 environment.
• Create and manage tickets in ITSM/CRM and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 and other teams for complex issues.
