Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site work in a 24/7 security operations environment. You will manage real-time incidents, perform live verifications, and communicate with monitored sites and emergency responders to prevent breaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time security monitoring and incident response across Level 1–3 coordination.
• Conduct remote checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Engage with customers via two-way audio/video tech to verify alarms and guide actions.
• Coordinate with emergency services and maintain precise records of incidents and actions.
