Job summary

Interfacesystems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, monitor video feeds, and coordinate rapid responses at monitored sites.

You will handle live audio conversations with on-site personnel, escalate when needed, and document actions while supporting a 24/7 operations center. This role offers full benefits on day one, ongoing training, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating security operations across multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to make rapid, authority-driven decisions during incidents.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with customers and emergency responders.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during hours of operation.
• Communicate with sites using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity and instructions, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries and document actions.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and monitor alarm signals.
