Job summary

CAC I International Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Integrated Operations (IO) Bridge Analyst for the night shift to monitor and manage enterprise services, provide situational awareness, and coordinate with ISC NOC and government partners.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, Security+ or DoD 8140, ITIL 4, and 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, plus strong communication and on-call readiness for COOP events.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification.
• ITIL 4 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an Operations Bridge with ISC NOC and field units.
• Provides Situational Awareness reports and logs; updates critical service information.
• Analyzes trends and correlates service impacts with SLAs.
• Supports incident management and after-action reporting; on-call for COOP events.
• Coordinates maintenance with carriers and customers; prepares daily briefings.
