Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Integrated Operations (IO) Bridge Analyst for day shift to support on-site enterprise services. You will monitor, correlate, and report on network incidents, manage situational awareness, and coordinate with external providers and government customers.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT, ITIL 4, and strong communication skills. Expect 12-hour Panama shifts and potential on-call duties to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT certification.
• ITIL 4 certification (or within 90 days).
• 5+ years’ experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services.
• Understanding of commercial network services, wavelength, SONET and Carrier Ethernet.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service skills.
• Ability to draft and brief executive-level reports.
• Available for on-call COOP/crisis support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Operations Bridge with ISC NOC and field units.
• Provide Situational Awareness, update reports and logs.
• Analyze service impacts and SLA conformance using management tools.
• Monitor high-priority incidents affecting VIPs and critical services.
• Coordinate maintenance with carriers and customers.
• Prepare daily availability briefings and reports for government leadership.
• Assist shift supervisors and provide after-hours support.
