Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Inpatient Registered Nurse for PCU/Step-Down/Tele units. Night shift 7P-7A; full-time position at a 16-bed small-format hospital.

The role emphasizes delivering age-specific nursing care, following physician orders, and maintaining patient privacy with strict infection control. Qualified candidates will have an ADN/ diploma (BSN preferred), active RN license, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related settings, and current BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions required.
• 2+ years full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or 2+ years related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Act 33/Act 73 clearances completed within last 5 years or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-specific nursing care with advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician's orders in delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures and assist others.
