You will set up and operate Injection Molding machinery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain part quality while meeting production targets. The role includes line clearance during changes, training operators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand SOP and job packets.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Injection Molding machinery, tooling and equipment.
• Troubleshoot the machine, process and any quality issues.
• Maintain part quality expectations and production rates.
• Performs light machine and mold maintenance in his/her area.
• Trains operators on proper machine operations.
• Manage materials and auxiliary equipment essential for area of responsibility.
• Communicates effectively with internal departments and external customers.
• Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices and EHS requirements.
