Qualifications

• 2+ years Set Up Mechanic related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and job packets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Injection M molding machinery, tooling and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine, process and quality issues.
• Maintain part quality and production rates.
• Perform light machine and mold maintenance.
• Lead line clearance during job changes.
• Train operators on proper machine operation.
