Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls and monitor multiple alarm panels.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Monitor multiple alarm panels and code phones.
• Place LD calls for physicians.
• Page overhead for employees and codes.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards; complete required education assignments annually; participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
