You will handle routine and emergency repairs, supervise helpers, and coordinate with licensed vendors to ensure safety and reliability of power, lighting, fire alarm, and critical systems. The role requires reading technical manuals and blueprints, plus a valid SC license or reciprocity.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of maintenance/construction experience in facilities.
• Certification from Municipal Association of SC or reciprocal licensing required.
• Valid driving record and ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Work on 120/208 and 277/480VAC equipment and circuits.
• Troubleshoot energy plant electrical systems and generators.
• Maintain electrical distribution and fire alarm systems; coordinate with vendors.
• Lead project tasks and ensure compliance with codes and safety rules.
• Assist with building maintenance, fixtures, and equipment installations.
