Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support hospital facilities. You will perform routine and emergency repairs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

The role requires 3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid SC driver's license. On-site work with a collaborative facilities team, including on-call rotations, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• SC driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Ability to read technical service manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and repairs hospital facilities equipment and systems.
• Responds to alarms related to building automation systems and coordinates repairs.
• Performs installations and repairs of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical components.
• Works with minimal supervision on building projects and ensures safety and quality.
