Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a facilities environment.
• SC driver's license and acceptable driving history are required.
• Ability to read technical service manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Makes routine and emergency repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Makes general installation and repairs of plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Responds to alarms from building automation systems and coordinates repairs.
• On-call on a rotating schedule as per policy.
• Inspects and repairs piping, fixtures, and equipment; works with various voltages.
• Plans work from work orders and coordinates with team members.
• Ensures safety and infection control requirements in all tasks.
• Supervises helpers and leads project portions as assigned.
