Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical repairs in hospital facilities during the PM/N shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm-7:30am). The role emphasizes electrical distribution, emergency generator testing, and coordination with licensed vendors.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in maintenance construction, and SC licensure reciprocity. Excellent safety knowledge and ability to read blueprints are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance/construction.
• Must read technical service manuals and blueprints.
• Certification/licensure with reciprocity to SC required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Work with 120/208 and 277/480VAC equipment and circuits.
• Troubleshoot energy plant electrical systems and generators.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain and update electrical system schedules and diagrams.
