Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary contact for inbound phone calls to Mercy Medical Center.
• Prioritizes, screens, pages, and redirects inbound calls to appropriate locations.
• Announces emergency code messages clearly and calmly.
• Triages inbound patient calls via Mercy Answering Service when needed.
• Communicates effectively with providers, department managers, and medical staff.
• Monitors and triages medical alarm notifications.
