Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Relevant Experience is required.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming outside and in-house calls.
• Provide approved patient information upon request.
• Page physicians and services on-call; update on-call schedules in paging system.
• Alert hospital staff to medical emergencies per procedures.
• Direct patients and visitors using the hospital link system; provide pager support.
