Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all codes, emergencies and responses across facilities.
• Answer high-volume calls from patients, family, vendors and staff.
• Use CTI workstation to access patient and facility information.
• Document on-call information and notify designated staff promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide accurate information.
