Job summary

Four Seasons in Henderson County, NC, seeks a Support RN to enable patients to maximize hospice benefits. The role may perform admissions and patient visits, providing direct nursing care as needed, with 2-4 admissions daily depending on shift and patient complexity.

You will assess patients, document care, and collaborate with the care team under the Clinical Team Leader. Requires NC RN license; shift Mon-Thu 11 PM–9 AM; 40 hours/week; FT/PT/PRN.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license required.
• Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and respond to illnesses and treatments.
• Record and report nursing assessments and plans.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and evaluate nursing acts.
• Collaborate with other health care providers on patient plans.
• Provide teaching and counseling about patient health.
• Supervise staff performing nursing tasks and ensure safe care.
