Four Seasons in Western North Carolina seeks a Weekend Support RN to provide nursing coverage to patients, families and community partners both by phone and in-person visits, including admission to hospice services when needed.

The role is full-time, Fri-Sun 8AM–8PM, reporting to the Clinical Team Leader. Valid NC RN license and driver’s license required; generous PTO and premium pay apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage to patients, families and community partners via phone and in-person visits.
• Assist with admission to hospice services as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient responses.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient-centered plans.
• Provide teaching and counseling about health and disease management.
