Job summary

Four Seasons in Buncombe County, NC is seeking a Support RN to advance our hospice mission. You will perform 2–4 admissions daily (plus occasional patient visits), assess patients, plan care, document findings, and coordinate with the team to deliver safe, compassionate service.

Minimum qualifications include a valid NC RN license; two years of clinical experience preferred. You must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with hospice care and team-based care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of license and regulatory requirements.
• Assess patients and document nursing assessments.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care.
• Teach and supervise other staff on treatment regimens.
• Coordinate with health care providers for patient-centered plans.
• Ensure safe and effective nursing care and report patient response.
