Qualifications

• Graduate from high school or GED; related coursework may count as experience.
• Current continuous state-employee experience in a Highway Technician role.
• CDL permit upon hire and required endorsements within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and drive team success with supervision.
• Respond to accidents or urgent repairs.
• Coordinate and manage snow operations and snow equipment.
• Use technology to manage daily office tasks and keep workflows moving.
• Host daily operational meetings and monthly safety huddles.
