Job summary

IPeople Healthcare seeks a motivated Support Specialist for the 11 pm–7 am shift in the United States (Texas, Lewisville). You’ll handle front-line customer service, troubleshoot IPeople Healthcare products, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues while learning on the job.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. On-site role with competitive benefits and sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of database connectivity (ADO/ADO.NET, ODBC, OLE DB).
• Basic understanding of SQL Server and related tools (SSMS, SQL Profiler).
• Basic understanding of VBScript (or similar scripting languages).
• Strong passion for customer service and learning.
• Ability to handle pressure and remain professional.
• Good grasp of Windows development techniques and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer support phone and email questions and complete customer support tickets.
• Assist users in working with IPeople Healthcare products and services.
• Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for IPeople products and services.
• Do root cause analysis and provide user assistance to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with customers and developers to test, maintain, and monitor programs and systems.
• Review performance indicators to locate code problems and route fixes.
• Route and document customer issues and communicate appropriately.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
