ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join a leading healthcare organization in Pleasanton, CA.

This 12+ month contract role sits onsite, working a standard 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule, delivering technical support to patients and clinical teams. Responsibilities include logging calls, processing replacement equipment orders, and collaborating with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Previous experience in operational support, technical support, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing technical support and assistance.
• Accurately log calls and enter data using prescribed tools and processes.
• Submit orders for replacement equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information with care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
