Job summary

PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is seeking a full-time Dispatcher Representative for remote work across the USA. The role focuses on fielding inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining product knowledge to support mobile services to nursing homes, facilities, and patients at home.

The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable with night shifts. Hours are 2:00 pm to 12:00 am on Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge required (mid to expert)
• 1–2 years dispatching experience recommended
• 1–2 years call center experience recommended
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Honest, flexible, team player and hard-working

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and support to long-term care facilities, homebound patients and field technologists
• Process work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians in the field
• Assist and monitor personnel and locations on a constant basis
• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• Coordinate service and schedules
