Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking an IT Technician to support nights and weekends as part of a small team. This part-time role covers 7PM–Midnight and weekend shifts from 9AM–6PM, focusing on setting up workstations, maintaining hardware, and supporting software deployments.

Ideal candidates have troubleshooting skills, comfort with healthcare IT systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. English communication is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with computers and peripherals (routers, printers).
• Check hardware functionality and system performance.
• Install and configure software according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, repair or replace parts as needed.
• Maintain repair logs and schedule maintenance activities.
• Keep systems updated and optimize networks for reliability.
• Coordinate with IT team and other departments as needed.
• Support the rollout of new software and hardware.
• Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability with minimal downtime.
