Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a dedicated After-Hours Support Desk Technician to provide onsite IT support from our Plano, TX office for nationwide clients. You will manage tickets, diagnose issues, and document resolutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This full-time role requires IT Fundamentals and an A+ certification, plus at least 1 year of help desk experience. The shift is Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM, with certification reimbursement and 401(k) matching offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional help desk experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide remote support using secure connections and thoroughly document interactions.
• Adhere to SOPs and KB articles for consistent problem solving.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals.
