Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registration Services professional for a 16- hour night shift at Marlborough Campus. The role involves registering patients, scheduling tests and services, and coordinating with multiple providers.

You will verify insurance, collect payments, and help patients navigate financial counseling when needed. Onsite duties include EPIC system use, handling patient documents, and ensuring timely, accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred.
• Must work every other weekend and Holidays; flexible with first/second shift training.

Responsibilities

• Enter Lab, Radiology and basic ancillary service appointments to schedules.
• Schedule patients for treatment and services across multiple providers/campuses.
• Verify and obtain insurance, pre-authorizations and referrals as required.
• Collect patient liabilities prior to or on the date of service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling data.
