UMass Memorial Health Marlborough Hospital is hiring for a Registration Services position focused on patient scheduling and insurance verification. The role requires a high school diploma and offers EPIC training; nights and weekends are required.

The schedule includes 16 hours per week with 11pm-7am shifts, and compensation ranges per hour based on full-time equivalence. Signing bonus eligibility may apply.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter Lab, Radiology and basic ancillary service appointments to schedules.
• Schedule patients for treatment and services for multiple providers at multiple campuses.
• Coordinate the provision of multiple services to patients.
• Verify patient insurance details and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Collect patient liabilities prior to or on the date of service as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to patient inquiries and scheduling needs.
