UMass Memorial Health Marlborough Hospital is seeking a Registration Services professional to schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect patient liabilities. The role supports multiple providers and campuses with a focus on accurate data entry and smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, can work every other weekend/holiday, and is willing to train on first and second shifts. Located in Marlborough, MA; 16 hours per week for this evening shift; a signing bonus may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred in business or healthcare.
• Ability to work alternating weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to train on multiple shifts and locations.

Responsabilités

• Enter Lab, Radiology and basic ancillary service appointments to schedules.
• Schedule patients for treatment and services across providers and campuses.
• Verify insurance, obtain referrals/pre-authorizations and manage authorizations.
• Collect patient liabilities prior to or at the time of service.
• Provide information on personal preparation for procedures and mail packets.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor billing work queues.
