Duke Health, based at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, seeks an Inventory Associate Level I/II to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply distribution. You will use SAP/Pyxis/EPIC, support PAR level adjustments, and assist with annual counts in a hospital setting.

Level II responsibilities include mentoring Level I staff, coordinating with nursing units, and generating reports from ERP systems to optimize operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related service environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Distribute and restock supplies and/or linen for end users.
• Utilize ERP systems and SAP to document movement of supplies.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired products.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from distributors; inspect shipments and file receipts.
• Move and stock supplies; transport shipments to stockrooms and recipients.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing supply and linen inquiries.
