Job summary

Duke Raleigh Hospital, a campus of Duke University Health System, seeks a Supply Chain Associate for the overnight Sunday-Thursday shift. Responsibilities include cycle counts, managing receipts in SAP, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to end users. Prior experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred but not required.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and/or linen for end users.
• Utilize Supply Chain technologies, including Pyxis and SAP, to document the movement of supplies.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Check expiration dates on supplies and discard expired products as needed.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from distributors.
• Inspect shipments, enter goods receipts into SAP, and file packing slips.
• Move and stock supplies in appropriate locations after receiving is completed.
• Provide excellent customer service for supply and linen inquiries.
