Cook Out seeks a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in Chapel Hill, NC. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and drive customer service excellence while managing the P&L.

The role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental, 401(k), PTO, and free meals on shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching to train talent and build winning teams.
