Cook Out Restaurants in Raleigh, NC seeks a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week and high-impact leadership.

You will coach a large team, manage operations and P&L, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive sales growth through hands-on supervision and accountability.

This role offers $55k-$80k base plus performance bonuses and appreciation pay, with a path for real growth in a fast-growing QSR company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• A proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• The ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coaching a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and driving guest service excellence.
