Cook Out Restaurants seeks a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a dynamic, hands-on approach. You will coach a large team, drive performance, and ensure exceptional guest service while controlling labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers a 4-day work week (4:45 PM start), 3 days off, and a competitive salary with monthly bonuses and a special $15/hr appreciation pay.
