Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM in Durham. You’ll coach a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, ensure outstanding customer service, and own the P&L for labor, food, and paper costs.
