Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift on a 4-day workweek, starting at 4:45 PM, and to coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

You’ll strengthen teamwork, ensure gold-standard service, and manage the P&L (labor, food, and paper costs) while driving performance-based bonuses and appreciation pay.

Enjoy three full days off each week and a competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus monthly bonuses and perks that include free meals on shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching and team-building track record.
• Strong communication to motivate diverse crew and engage customers.
• Able to work nights and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
