Cook Out invites applications for Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll coach a large team, drive performance, and own guest experience from the front.

Expect responsibility for P&L and labor costs while delivering outstanding service. The role features a 4-shift work week starting at 4:45 PM, three days off per week, competitive base salary plus $15/hr appreciation pay, and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing talent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities
