Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, strengthen teamwork, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage the P&L with labor, food, and paper costs.

The schedule is four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses, $15/hour appreciation pay, and additional monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of coaching talent and building winning teams.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.

Responsabilités

• Monitor operations and control labor, food and paper costs as part of the P&L.
