Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week at starting times from 4:45 PM. You will coach a large team in a fast-paced environment, drive service quality, and oversee the P&L.

The role offers a competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses, $15/hr appreciation pay for nights, and monthly bonuses based on sales growth, with three full days off each week and comprehensive benefits.
