Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with hands-on leadership. You will coach a large team in a high-volume setting, drive customer service excellence, and oversee P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers 4 evening shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, a competitive salary with additional $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly performance bonuses based on sales growth.

Formación

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
