Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a four-day work week. You will coach a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and drive strong customer service while overseeing labor, food, and paper costs.

Earn $55,000–$80,000 base plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly performance bonuses. This role emphasizes growth, leadership, and a results-driven culture within a thriving QSR environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
