Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager for the night shift. You will lead from the front, coach a large team, and drive performance in a high-volume setting. This role focuses on people, service, and P&L management with a 4-day schedule and 3 days off weekly.

You will oversee labor, food, and paper costs while earning $55,000–$80,000 per year plus performance bonuses and a $15/hour appreciation pay. Growth opportunities are based on results and hustle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities
