Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-energy approach. You will coach a large team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, drive guest satisfaction, and manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, a salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 plus $15/hour appreciation pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth. Comprehensive benefits are included.
