Cook Out Restaurants seeks a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume environment, own the P&L, and drive guest satisfaction while working from 4:45 PM onward.

This role offers a strong sense of ownership, a competitive base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses, and a monthly appreciation pay of $15/hour with additional bonuses of $600–$3,000+.

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven ability to coach talent and build winning teams.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.
• Demonstrates hustle and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
