Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager for the night shift, leading a high-energy team in a fast-paced setting. The role features a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, enabling three full days off weekly, and a salary plus $15/hour appreciation pay with performance bonuses based on sales growth.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality, a track record of coaching talent, and the ability to drive a high level of customer service while managing the P&L.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of coaching talent and building winning teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse crew.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume environment.
• Strengthen teamwork and ensure gold-standard customer service.
• Manage labor, food, and paper costs (P&L) and drive performance.
