Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a production associate for a 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) to handle materials, run lines, and assist packaging. You will be responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in your area, with overtime as needed. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, especially in food/FMCG environments.

High school diploma or GED required. Compensation starts at $22.50 per hour plus a $0.58 per hour shift differential.

• Reading and writing English required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials, candy, and produce product.
• Set up, change-over, and run production lines; assist packaging.
• Maintain sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in assigned area.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety standards; support other production stations as needed.
• Work overtime; possibly vary start/end times and weekends based on business needs.
