Job summary

Ferrara in Itasca is seeking to fill a 2nd shift production role (2:30pm-10:30pm). The team handles materials, candy, and produces product, setting up and running lines or assisting packaging. Responsibilities include sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in their area.

The position requires overtime with varying start/end times and possible weekend work. GMP adherence and cross‑station support are essential, with duties spanning finished goods and pallet pattern verification where

• Adheres to all GMPs.
• Assists anytime the line is in a scrap mode.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods.
• Responsible for finished goods.
• Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns where applicable.

Compensation

$22.50 per hour plus a .39 cent per hour shift differential
