Job summary

Turkey Hill in Conestoga, PA is seeking a Fluid Production Team Leader to guide daily operations in the fluid production area. You will supervise and coordinate personnel, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, prior production leadership experience, and the ability to work overtime during peak periods; familiarity with lean practices and continuous improvement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and able to work in a team environment.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Manufacturing/production operations experience preferred.
• Machine operation experience preferred.
• Adherence to GMP regulations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of fluid production personnel.
• Meet performance standards for positions within the fluid department.
• Ensure quality checks are performed and recorded.
• Ensure finished product quality checks meet specifications.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers about daily operations.
• Coordinate with other Fluid Production Team Leaders across shifts.
• Perform relief duties for fluid production tasks as needed.
• Complete and record documentation for tasks and parameters.
• Ensure machine setups are accurate before start-up and during shifts.
• Maintain safety for people, equipment, and facilities.
